The Büchi RotaVapor® R-215 Rotary Evaporators are ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical, and petrochemical research and development laboratories. This model comes with an easy-to-read digital display of rotation speed and vapor temperature. For 50 ml to 4,000 ml flasks. Choose from seven glass assemblies (A, V, C, S, E, BY or CR). Listed glassware assembly has ST 24/40 joints but is also available with ST 29/42 joints, upon request. Digital heating bath (20°C to 180°C) is optional (see E1420B). Motorized Quick-action Jack easily raises and lowers glassware. Simply pressing a button activates the Quick-action Jack. Optional Vacuum Controllers (see E1420A) communicate with the SafetyVAP® and allow rotation to be started/stopped and glassware to be raised/ lowered automatically. The sealing system is made of PTFE and glass, which lasts significantly longer than previous vacuum seals. These models are also available with an optional plastic coating on all glass parts except the evaporating flask.
