Magnetic latch assures positive door closure. Bimetallic thermostat provides timesaving rapid heat-up (56°C in nine minutes). Thermometer port at top of oven accommodates any partial immersion thermometer for temperature monitoring. Chamber is vented (1" dia. vent) through the top to allow removal of moisture and other exhaust vapors. Possible applications include general lab drying, baking applications and culture incubations.
