Turner's QuantechTM line is a family of five high sensitivity filter Fluorometers for specific needs. Bandwidth is 5-200 nm (depends on filter selected). Wavelength accuracy is 1.5-10 nm (depends on filter selected). Sensitivity Levels: 25 pg/ml dsDNA in 2 ml assay volume (PicoGreen®) 30 ppt QSO4 in square cuvettes, 20 ppt FITC in square cuvettes. Large, versatile sample compartment accommodates a wide variety of cells or cuvettes. Ergonomic, low profile design facilitates quantitative analysis of multiple samples. The base unit (F4411-1) is a single-tube, high sensitivity laboratory Fluorometer suitable for most analysis. F4411-2 employs a highly red-sensitive photo multiplier making this model suitable for chlorophyl, porphorin and environmental analysis. F4411-3 is a wide band instrument that adds ultraviolet capability along with a mercury line source. F4411-4 is a chromatography detector. It adds an 8µL quartz flow cell and analog 0-1 volt output for those monitoring HPLC eluents or low-pressure chromatography. F4411-5 is suitable for protein/aromatic analysis. It uses a mercury phosphor source for those monitoring protein concentration or aromatics without deviation at 280 nm. A wide variety of excitation and emission filters are available.
