Aluminum evaporator coil is standard. The upright model (F4417-2) has built-in evaporators in the shelves for even cooling. It comes with four permanently positioned wire shelves. Enameled steel exterior with ABS plastic interior. The door is equipped with a key lock. All models have the thermostat located on exterior of cabinet to eliminate interaction with stored materials. Magnetic vinyl gaskets for positive door seal. CFC-free insulation and coolant. Both units are manual defrost models. All are UL listed.
